I had shopped on line for this product and found On Line Bathroom Ware to be the cheapest for exactly the same product. I had made a spelling mistake in my surname when ordering and Bjoern was very accommodating in emailing me back that he would try and fix the spelling mistake. All other details were correct and my Tap arrived very efficiently the day after the Anzac Day Public Holiday to Victoria and the R that was missing in my surname had been fixed. The product was just as I ordered for my Kitchen renovation at the end of May. I am eagerly awaiting my Kitchen renovations when I can post a picture of my new Tap. Thanks again Bjoern for your assistance. My Bathroom will be the next renovation and I will have no hesitation in ordering my tapware from On Line Bathroom Ware.
