RETURNS POLICY

Statutory Rights

No part of the Returns Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or equivalent State and Territory legislation.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return item(s) as a change of mind you are welcome to do so prior to installation, if the item(s) are in the same condition as when purchased at the time of sale.  The items need to be returned within 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.

There is no restocking fee for change of mind.

Please let us know you intend to return an item, as this allows us to process the return quicker. 

Please return the items in original condition to: 64 Jijaws Street, SUMNER  QLD   4074.  A note or original invoice helps us to identify and process the return.

We cannot accept change of mind returns for international orders.

Exclusions

We do not offer returns on custom made items.  This includes custom finishes where they are made to order.

Due to their size, and restrictions imposed by suppliers, we do not offer returns of baths, toilets, or vanities so please choose carefully when making your selection.

SHIPPING

Delivery Costs 

For non-bulky items, our delivery charges are based on the order value:
Order value of $1-$49:   Flatrate of $15 Australia wide
Order value of $50-$99: Flatrate of $9 Australia wide
Order value of $100+:    Free shipping Australia wide

For Heated towel ladders and similar bulky items, shipping is $15 per item, Australia wide.

Custom orders for extremely heavy or bulky items will include custom freight charges.

Signature on delivery

All orders over $150 will be sent with Signature Required as a transit insurance requirement.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders to Metro areas are delivered within 3 - 5 business days, but this can vary based on the delivery address.

Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Please wait for your products to arrive before booking installation workers.

Please note that stock availability may be subject to fluctuation and delivery by suppliers. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available. Please contact us in advance if you need an item urgently.

How are orders delivered?

Our preferred courier companies are Couriers Please and Australia Post. For extremely heavy and bulky custom order items, we will use TNT/Fedex.

We are unable to call before delivery as we use third party courier services.

We do deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers through Australia Post, but only for orders not containing bulky items.

Delivery is to mainland Australia (including Tasmania) only. For delivery to other locations, please make a request.

Can I come and collect my order?

No. We do not offer pickup at this time. All orders are to be delivered.

What if there is a problem?

If any damage or breakages occur during transport, or for any other delivery related issues, you need to contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept claims after this time.

What about International customers?

We can ship some orders internationally. Please contact us for a custom quote for such orders.

Tapware items listed in our store are intended for installation in Australia or New Zealand, and may not comply with local regulations in other countries, or may not be covered by their manufacturer warranties in other countries. Please ask us for more information.

We cannot accept Change of Mind returns for international orders.
